The Firm was formed in Huntersville in 2008 (North Carolina registration #31129). The offices are located in the Smith House at 200 South Old Statesville Road, Huntersville, North Carolina. The Smith house was built in 1924 as a residence and converted to office space with all modern communication such as cable and internet. It previously served as the offices of the Huntersville Herald.
